Upcoming Parenting Classes for Parents on-line.
Children’s behavior is a language; we just have to learn how to listen.
Each class focuses on real-life challenges parents face, combining psychoeducation with practical understanding that can be brought directly into everyday family life.
Before attending a class, please review the Parenting Classes Participation Agreement below:
New Parents & Babies: A good start lasts for a lifetime.
Having a baby, by birth or through adoption, is a major emotional challenge. What often makes it so difficult is that we are asked to respond to someone who cannot yet communicate their needs.
Parents naturally wonder: Am I doing a good job? Is my baby happy? Is development on track? These uncertainties can lead to worry, fear, and reactions that are often unfairly judged as “bad parenting.”
These classes are designed to ease anxiety, support emotional understanding, and help smooth the early relationship between you, your baby, and your partner.
Toddlers & School Age Kids: These complex little people.
Young children are vulnerable and need constant care. They do not yet have the ability to understand or regulate their emotions, which is why they often act them out.
Some behaviors can feel intense, embarrassing, or overwhelming, leaving parents frustrated and exhausted.
Together, we learn how to decipher children’s behavior, understand what they are communicating emotionally, and respond in a way that supports growth.
Over time, the chaos becomes clearer, and the picture more meaningful.
